I started a podcast.
On this podcast, I am reading books out loud! Exciting, I know. However. Since it is currently somewhat illegal to publish copyrighted material without permission, my choices for reading material have been limited to that which was published before 1923; in other words, I am allowed to read books in the Public Domain.
As it turns out, there are some truly fantastic novels which can be found in the Public Domain! But, since language is a living thing, and changes, as it were, over the course of time, I believe it might be helpful to have a blog component to the aforementioned podcast, in which I define difficult words/discuss interesting ideas coming from the book I'm reading. So, there's that.
Enough of this introduction stuff.
